Reed.co.uk are excited to announce that we have partnered with Recruit Genie, a UK-based talent acquisition, vacancy management, and onboarding platform, to streamline our candidate experience through our ‘Direct Apply’ integration.

What is ‘Direct Apply’?
Direct Apply allows customers who use Recruit Genie to manage their applications in a more seamless way. Any Recruit Genie customer who has a Reed.co.uk Recruiter account can post and advertise and receive applications through their Recruit Genie account, without needing to leave the platform.
This will help you be able to save time when posting a job and reviewing your applications – making sure that everything can be found, and managed, in one place.
What are the benefits of ‘Direct Apply’?
When a jobseeker or candidate completes their application on Reed.co.uk, our team will automatically forward the candidate’s details – along with any supporting information (such as CVs, covering letterings, and screening answers) to our customers’ Recruit Genie platform. This will allow customers to:
- Capture every candidate
- Track their hiring funnel
- Find the right candidate faster
- Keep everything in one place
How to use this new integration as a Recruit Genie user
Direct Apply is quick and easy to set up. Just make sure you have valid job credits in your Recruiter account on Reed.co.uk, then sign in to your Recruit Genie account and post your job advert directly from there.
Recruit Genie will then send the information to Reed.co.uk and the job advert will be published for you, with all applications automatically delivered straight to your Recruit Genie account – ready for you to review.
