Description

The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management is a Masters level qualification where you will gain the tools, techniques, the knowledge and understanding to operate at a senior level and add real value to your organisation. You will start to really understand what your organisation is about, where it is heading, its vision, mission and strategic objectives and how they align to your role. Our highly personalised approach to your learning means you and your employer will see improvements in your knowledge and work practices within a few months of enrolling.

During the 24 months of your studies you will complete eight units – four core, three specialist and one additional specialist unit. Assessment is by written assignment as there are no exams for this qualification. At the end of your programme you will have secured a postgraduate qualification which is globally recognised and achieved Associate Membership of the CIPD. The qualification provides the eligibility criteria to apply for Chartered Membership which is the pinnacle of our profession.

Who is this course for?

Every case is different but ideally you will be able to work with and influence senior stakeholders as well as show thinking at a strategic level. You could be a graduate with the ability to cope with the academic rigours of the programme or someone without a strong educational background but lots of practical experience.
