If you cannot see your course on the My Courses page, please check for your course access email, which will have been sent to the email provided as student details during checkout. This email will enable you to redeem the course into your account.
If you have not received your course access email, please visit the purchase history for this course.
The student can access their course by checking their My Courses page, or by checking the email given at checkout for their course access email.
If their course is not showing in their My Courses page, or the student has not received their course access email, please visit the purchase history for this course.
Please check your My courses page to access your course, or check the email the purchaser gave at checkout, for your course access email.
If you have not received a course access email, please ask the purchaser to visit the purchase history for this course. Ask the purchaser to click on the arrow in the 'View student details' section, locate you as a student, and copy the link. They can then share this link with you.
