JavaScript is THE programming language of the web. Whilst this course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn JavaScript to a professional standard, it would make sense for the student to have a solid grasp of both HTML and CSS prior to undertaking this bootcamp. If students don't have those skills then we highly recommend our Professional Full-Stack Web Developer Bootcamp.
Previous students have included:
HTML & CSS: One uses for JavaScript is to dynamically control the styling and content of a web page, so it makes sense that students have an understanding of HTML & CSS prior to taking this bootcamp.
English - the concepts we teach can be difficult. To have the best chance of success, you need to understand what we're explaining to you
Commitment - learning to a professional standard requires effort and dedication. The concepts that we're teaching you and the application of those concepts are not always straight forward, so you have to be committed to working hard to learn these valuable skills.
