This course Will introduce students to the theory and concepts of accounting including the ways in which accounting is used in a variety of modern economic business contexts.

Description

This Cambridge International GCSE in Accounting qualification comprises two externally assessed exams, one of which is 1 hour 15 minutes and the other is 1 hours 45 minutes long. Grades 9-1 are available-

Accounting Paper 1

Multiple-choice questions based on the following content:-

  • The fundamentals of accounting
  • Sources and recording of data
  • Verification of accounting records
  • Accounting procedures
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Analysis and interpretation
  • Accounting principles and policies

- Externally assessed

- Availability: June and November series

- Accounting Paper 2.

Structured Written Paper based on the following content:-

  • The fundamentals of accounting
  • Sources and recording of data
  • Verification of accounting records
  • Accounting procedures
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Analysis and interpretation
  • Accounting principles and policies
