Equivalent to a postgraduate degree, the Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma In Strategic People Management is ideal for HR professionals looking to develop an in-depth and strategic understanding of HR management and principles.
Aligned with the Advanced Level of the CIPD Profession Map, you can be sure that everything you learn will be useful, relevant, and respected at work. You'll study 4 core units, 3 pathway (previously 'specialist') units, and 1 optional unit.
Completion time:
It takes most of our students between 18 and 24 months to complete the online CIPD Level 7 course.

Requirements
While this CIPD Level 7 Diploma is best for experienced HR professionals, there are no formal entry requirements.
As long as you're 21+ and have good literacy and numeracy skills, you're good to go! However, please keep in mind that this course is equivalent to postgraduate study in difficulty, so some HR or related experience is recommended.
