In An Organizational Guide to Diversity and Inclusion, Beth will teach you how to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organization. Starting with the business case for DEI, you’ll learn the rational, ethical, and economic benefits of focusing on diversity and inclusion. You’ll also learn strategies for collecting metrics on diversity within your organization and ways to gauge your employees’ sense of inclusion.
