As a Senior Site Manager or accomplished Project Manager you will be looking to lead a brand-new project in Cornwall.

The current team is assembled to undertake a commercial/industrial development and requires someone to lead the project reporting to a Contracts Manager.

With day-to-day support from a Site Manager /Assistant Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor you will enjoy the variety of working across all facets of the project and be able to make the key decisions on this project.

The position will see you have an overall responsibility for health and safety, quality and the coordination of consultants and subcontractors to ensure a timely handover.

With a direct line into the commercial team you will advise on potential risks and ensure any opportunities to save on costs for this developer are realised. You will be a first-class communicator able to lead, motivate and lead by example ensuring a high level professionalism is maintained throughout the site.

Ideally you will live in Mid-Cornwall or be prepared to stay in the area for the duration of the project which commences Jan 2018.
