Our client is a well established, successful Regional Financial Services Practice based in the East Midlands. They offer excellent support levels, client access, new business leads and professional practice connection opportunities.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Self-employed IFA to join their team. You will be responsible for prospecting for new business, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as delivering results against a target. If you have a client bank this would be advantageous, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to manage their time to ensure client-focused delivery in a professional and compliant manner.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships

Track and record metrics throughout sales process

Meet and exceed financial goals

Understand and keep up to date with industry and compliance knowledge

Qualifications

A minimum of DipFS or equivalent, SPS and ideally CAS, working towards Chartered would be a benefit.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Computer literate
