Tradewind is working with a highly inclusive secondary school looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants HLTA to start in April when schools reopen. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic community lead school and help young students to bridge the knowledge gaps bought about by home schooling!

Located just outside, Hemel Hempstead, a short train ride out from London or journey from neighbouring towns this large and inclusive School has a reputation for supporting all students throughout key stages 3,4 and 5. The school are set on superb grounds with modern facilities and have an emphasis on literacy utilising 3 reading periods for staff and students throughout each school day.

As a HLTA at this school, you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.

The HLTA must:
*** Hold the Level 4 HLTA qualification
*** Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
*** Be able to bring energy, commitment and creativity into their classroom
*** Be able to engage well with colleagues, children, and their parents
*** Have a positive attitude
*** Be available and willing to commit for the Summer term April - July 21
