Careline and Telecare Operator Job West London
Your new company
You will be working for a West London Council whereby providing the very best services to its clients and user sis at the forefront of its business plans. Due to a successful re structure this Council is now looking at expanding its Care and Call operations.
Your new role
You'll be working as a Careline/Telecare operator within the operations centre. Your daily duties will be to respond to calls verbally to people living in their homes using a tactful and sensitive approach. The service is a 24/7 service and you will be working on a 12 hour shift to cover this essential service.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced Carline or Telecare Operator. You'll have experience of caring for either elderly or disabled persons. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide an excellent level of customer service.You also have experience of using computer based software and will be able to type to a high level.
