The Ultimate Fares Construction and Ticketing Course focuses on five areas of study starting of with practical theory of the highly sought-after professional course recognised by the Travel and Airline industry.
Both Levels 1 & 2 Fares and Ticketing will give candidates the competence and valuable knowledge required by well-established and prestigious Airlines will ask you to be competent in booking simple Return Fares to Complex Air Travel Itineraries around the world for Leisure to Corporate Travellers. Airline staff are always needed at airports to sell, exchange or refund passengers tickets.
You will be studying five professional modules recognised in the industry, starting off with studying the Principles of Fares and Ticketing practices and procedures.
Module 1 - For Airfares Level 1,
You will learn the principles to Fares and Ticketing on how to search for fares to meet customer's requests such as finding and selecting the correct fare for different passenger scenarios, familiarise with airline geography, construct passenger fares, discover airport city codes for numerous destinations around the world, the baggage allowance systems available to passengers and much more.
Module 2 - For Airfares Level 2, the Advance level of Airline Airfares and Ticketing. You will gain in- depth knowledge of fare construction, ticketing and mileage charts. You will be studying how fares are calculated for complex itineraries to comply with IATA regulations.
Module 3 - Airline Reservations
You will also explore one of the most important aspect to Airline Reservations Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and Special Service Request (SSR) to request a specific service from the Airline in order to meet the Passengers needs such as meals, wheelchair assistance, frequent flyer and much more requests. You will also experience Other Service Information (OSI) to inform the Airline of Very Important Person (VIP) or Commercial Important Person (CIP) passengers will be boarding the Airline.
Module 4 - Fares, Pricing, Ticketing, and Electronic Miscellaneous Document
The second part of the Amadeus training course provides the knowledge to learn Airlines Fares, Availability, Fare Rules, Airline Pricing and lastly Miscellaneous Document.
Module 5 - Ticket Exchange
The last part of the online training is Ticket Exchange focusing on reissuing, revalidation, penalties and issuing new tickets with related documentation. Ticket exchange one of the most important aspects of Ticketing when working at the Airport at the Ticketing Desk. Most recently a well established airline had to training all customer/passenger service agents on the concept of Ticket Exchange.

7. Examine airfare terms and definitions.
Once you have received the practical theory you will move onto the Amadeus Professional Reservations, Ticket Exchange, Fares and Ticketing. This course provides real-world practice scenarios and is split into three online training programs, starting with managing Airline Reservations from enquiry to check flight available to creating booking files for Passengers.
Once you have completed and gained familiarity with ticketing procedures you will move onto either GDS system Amadeus or Sabre Industry Training:

This course is 100% practical and hands-on. Each lesson consist of detailed instruction which are provided and there are Quizzes at the end of each assessment learnt. To access to the Amadeus System includes a personal login to sign on/off the reservation emulator to start training.
