PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner

Agile Project Management

Agile holds an iterative project management method which allows constant feedback and proactive reaction to requirements that are set. This is useful when project scope becomes complex and long-term requirements become increasingly more difficult.

Agile Project Management was originally birthed as a software development project methodology but has since grown to become useful across many industries.

There are no requirements for this PRINCE2 and Agile package.

This PRINCE2, MSP and Agile package will provide you with the skills and certification to function in roles such as:
