By the end of this Conflict Management Training course participants will be better able to:

Reading signs and symptoms of aggression

Course duration:
This is a classroom based 1 day session face to face with tutor support with a group of learners. You will be given 2 weeks after the class session to complete the coursework/assignment. However if you finish earlier, you will be awarded early as long as you meet the required standard, you do not need to wait for 2 weeks.
