Description
There are many positives of resilience, the ability to bounce back from stress or adversity is important throughout life. Coping with life’s stress in a positive way is known as resilience.
Resilience is not a trait that people either have or don’t have. It involves behaviours, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone as long as they have the right knowledge and tools, and are willing to put in some time and commitment.
You will explore what resilience toolkits are and case studies on building your resilience in your personal life and in your work life.
In order to complete the course, you must achieve 80% or more in the final multiple choice quiz.
You will earn 3 CPD points on completion of the course, this course will take around 3 hours to complete and the certificate will last for two years.

The unit will finish with exploring a case study of someone building their personal resilience.
- Unit 4 – How to build organisational resilience – In the final unit you will explore resilience in the workplace.
