Jacques has worked in education since 2009 and has been in the insurance industry since 2013.  In 2015, he won an Insurance Brokers Association award for academic excellence and again in 2019.

Outside of his day job as a insurance broker, he lends his industry expertise to readers by writing for Insuranceopedia, Apollo Cover (formerly Digital MGA – a national general insurance MGA), Lime Insure, ReFrame Insurance, and Trusted Union.  He’s also regularly holds educational webinars in front of hundreds of insurance professionals.

Insurance is a large but largely hidden part of our every day lives.

Our mission is to advance the profession and educate both insurance professionals, insurance buyers (CFO's, CEO's, Controllers, etc.), and the general population at large on the topic of insurance.
