Established in 2001 as the Business Coaching Foundation, we have provided successful coaching and mentoring programmes to individuals and companies for many years. As our business continued to grow, we expanded into other areas including management development, interpersonal skills, health and safety training plus much more. This brought about the need to change the name to The BCF Group, to reflect the fact that we can provide a complete range of training provisions in addition to coaching and mentoring.

As well as these additional subject areas, we also developed different channels in response to advances in technology and changes to the way individuals want to learn. We now have a suite of over 85 online courses, as well as providing online and distance learning options for accredited qualifications such as the ILM coaching courses. Our Paradigm® Psychometric Profilers can provide unique and valuable insights into current and potential employees, getting the right people into the right jobs, retaining and motivating them in the right way, and developing them in the right direction.

For example, our ILM 7 Qualifications in Executive Coaching and Mentoring require just 2 days of external classroom training, with the rest based on assignments to be completed in your own time, which minimised the time you need to spend away from the workplace.
