GNC1

GNC1 is assessed via an open book exam which is administered online and must be completed during a set 24-hour window.
GNC2
Included in course price
GNC2 is assessed via a practical assessment carried out following completion of all the units and usually carried out within the delegates’ workplace. On completion of this assessment, the delegate will receive either a pass or refer. NG2 does not contribute to the delegate’s overall grade.

Description
The NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is one of the most widely recognised health and safety qualifications. A major benefit of the qualification is its practical focus. Learners develop the ability to identify risks in real workplaces and recommend sensible, proportionate control measures.
Course Content
The NEBOSH Certificate consists of two units, each separately assessed. The course will involve a minimum of 68 taught hours and approximately 40 hours of private study and background reading. It is possible for learners to complete the qualification in 10 working days. Delegates may choose to take the units together or at different times, but delegates are required to pass both within a five-year period to gain the overall award.
