Our friendly Microsoft Excel Level 1 beginner training will help you master the Excel basics build a strong foundation in spreadsheets, formulas, and data management.
Whether you're brand new to Excel, or have been muddling along with it for years, our training will demystify Excel and teach you to become a confident and efficient Microsoft Excel user.
Courses are delivered live online with a maximum of 8 attendees so you can get all the support you may need.
Learn how to navigate Excel, enter and format data, perform calculations, and create charts with confidence in this hands-on, practical course.
Microsoft Excel is one of the most powerful tools for data management, reporting, and calculations, but getting started can feel overwhelming.
Learn the secrets of being a great Excel user, banish your nerves and complete tasks more quickly and efficiently.
All attendees are provided with a course file containing comprehensive notes and exercises.
The course is designed to be extremely practical. You will be guided to do everything the trainer does.
By the end of the day you will have a course file filled with notes and working examples of everything we cover.
There are also extra exercises for you to practice your skills after the course.
The course is live online instructor-led training in a small group with a maximum of 8 attendees. Courses run from 9:30am - 4:30pm with breaks.
Private in-person courses are also available upon request.

What is Excel?
Opening, saving and navigating between worksheets and workbooks
Zooming in to the right distance every time - no more squinting at tiny numbers!
Ribbon, formula bar, adding and removing columns and rows
Customising the Quick Access Toolbar
Entering and Managing Data
Typing, editing and clearing data in cells
Selecting multiple cells, entire rows and entire columns
