Management Systems is a short introductory course designed to help manufacturers and producers align their policies, procedures, and people with common customer codes of conduct.

You will learn how to create and implement a Social Responsibility Management System that covers labour, health and safety, environment and ethics. You will also explore the twelve key elements of a management system and learn how social responsibility management systems help you meet legal and customer requirements, identify and mitigate risks, and continuously improve your compliance performance.

Note: This is an ELEVATE e-learning module and should not be confused with existing LRQA Management System courses, including Introduction, Internal Auditor, Implementation, or Lead Auditor courses.
