Exam structure
ITIL Release, Control & Validation exam:
- This is a complex multiple-choice exam
- The exam consists of eight scenario-based questions
- The exam is closed-book
- Students will have 90 minutes to complete the exam
- To pass the exam you must get 28/40 questions correct (70%)
- Candidates who successfully complete the exam will gain four ITIL credits
- Candidates sitting the examination in a language other than their first language will have a maximum of 120 minutes and will be allowed to use a dictionary.
