We're sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulties with your course.

For any issues you encounter with a course hosted on an external website or downloaded to your device, you'll need to contact your course provider directly. They'll be able to help you resolve these issues as soon as possible.

If you're experiencing technical difficulties with an On Demand course that's hosted on reed.co.uk, contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Please note that your On Demand course is best experienced using the most up to date versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. We also support IE11 and subsequent versions of Internet Explorer.

If a course has expired before you could complete it, get in touch with the course provider directly.

We'd always advise to check the license duration (if any) before purchasing a course.

However, if you have purchased an On Demand course, you have lifetime access to the course content. If the course content has been altered or removed, please contact us so we can assist you.

Should you wish to file a complaint or report a course listing, you can use the 'Report this course' link situated at the bottom of the course description page on reed.co.uk

This will be investigated at the earliest possible moment and you will be contacted if any further information is required.
