Develop Talent

Identify critical engagement & retention factors and target develop plans across individuals, team and organisational culture.

Talent Development that Targets Individual Needs and Saves Costs.

Harrison provides powerful insights to develop individuals and organisations. These analytics are used by our customers globally to maximize their talent development budget.

For individuals this includes role placement, executive coaching, performance development, individual development plans, employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and behavioural competency development.

For organisational development this includes a deep analysis of leadership capability, talent pipeline, succession planning, team development, organizational engagement, and talent retention.

Lead Talent

Ensure your leadership team has the skills to execute your organisational strategy and maximize the performance of your people.

Leadership Development by Achieving Paradoxical Leadership Capability

Leaders are required to manage apparently conflicting needs on a daily basis. Paradoxical Leadership methodology allows managers to understand this balancing act and expand their leadership capabilities to maximize organizational performance. Leaders gain the essential understanding of their behaviours and stress responses that can make or break the organization.

ParadoxTechnology accurately determines whether a person's strong behavioural traits are genuine strengths or costly derailers. This determination is a crucial consideration most traditional assessments fail to make.

Engage Talent

Understand whether key engagement expectations are being met and what action you need to take at both an individual and group level.

Drive Employee Engagement with Employee Engagement Assessments:

Engaged employees are those who wholeheartedly give discretionary effort to help the company succeed. Create a culture where employees give their all using our range of engagement tools that measure and foster both group and individual engagement.

Traditional employee engagement surveys only measure group engagement issues, ignore the individual data that is crucial to engagement, and assumes only their managers are responsible for engagement. This approach fails to achieve the potential to drive engagement because it ignores individual needs and assumes that engagement is achieved only as a result of good management practices. The Harrison engagement approach measures individual engagement as well as group engagement and is based on the assumption that engagement is a shared responsibility between the employee and the organization.

Organisational Development

Harrison's organisational development analytics enables you to assess key talent functions by manager, department or the entire organization. It empowers you to build effective teams, create an engaged culture, develop behavioural competencies, and retain top talent.

FAQs

What does study method mean?

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At reed.co.uk courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

What are CPD hours/points?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on reed.co.uk, many of which can be completed online.

What is a ‘regulated qualification’?

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
