Sorry- I wasn’t asking how to make bread but does the course cover food Hygiene In manufacturing and serving? My business would do both

Robert, yes. The courses are perfect for what you need. Thanks, Paul

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Marion asked:

Do you have to resit every 3 years?

Hi Marion, all compliance based courses should be for a three year period. If you find any that are not, be wary. Paul

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Ersi asked:

Hi! I'd like to know if once you're done with the course you have to pay for the exam and certificate or everything is included in the prize.Thanks.

Hi, everything is included in the price. You don’t pay anything extra.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Iqra Ali asked:

Would a training webinar certificate in food safety be enough requirement for me to join level3?

Hi, if you are confident in your knowledge then I’m sure you will be ok. We will support you all the way.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Robert asked:

Hi does this course cover food manufacturing as well as serving - eg making bread and serving in bistro/ deli?

Hi Robert, the course doesn't cover the actual making of items, such as bread. The courses do cover the hygiene and safety requirements of making and serving food items. You may also want to check our Food Hygiene in Manufacturing courses.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

allan asked:

i already have level 3 in food safety do you do a refresher course?

Allan, all food safety courses should be renewed every 3 years. If your certificate is older than that, you need to do the full course again. We do not do a refresher course, though.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Declan asked:

Hi, would this certificate allow me to audit various licensed premises as a consultant or do I require Level 4 as well ??

Declan, I hope you are well and keeping safe during this crisis. This qualification is a quality Level 3 but I’m not sure what you require to do the auditing role. This course will certainly help as the awarding bodies are both internationally recognised organisations.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Mary asked:

Can I obtain a tutor certificate with this course

Hi Mary, the course includes a fully endorse certificate with the COD and iirsm approved course logos. Paul

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Stuart asked:

How is the level 3 course only 3 hours? When if you physical attend a level 2 food safety workshop it's 6 hours and level 3 is 12 hours and 2 days

Stuart, many of our learners take only 3 hours, however, others can take a lot longer. The benefits of doing an e-learning course is that you can learn at your own pace whereas if you are in a classroom, you tend to learn at the pace of the slowest learner. Plus, with e-learning, you can take breaks as often as you wish which means when you are on the course, you are more focused and capable of absorbing the knowledge than if you are in a classroom and expected to learn for hours at a time.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Bianca asked:

Is this course recognised by theMaritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) ?

Hi Bianca, I’m not sure what the MCA will recognise. However, the course is fully approved and accredited by RoSPA and the CPD. RoSPA are the leading health and safety awarding body.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Ola asked:

The Level 3 Food Safety course is it COSHH & HACCPS compliance/recognised

Hi Ola, all our courses are fully accredited by leading bodies so they are recognised by all companies etc. Our COSHH course is accredited by both the CPD and RoSPA. Our HACCP course is accredited by both the CPD and iirsm. So both courses are not only accredited by one leading body but two! Thanks, Paul

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as ABC Awards and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
