Module 1 – Management of recruitment and selection
Get an insight into holding interviews and managing recruitment and selection activities lawfully. You’ll find out all you need to know to make sure you’re following the law on discrimination, contract law and cases where there has been a breach of contract.
Module 2 – Lawful management of pay and working time
You’ll look at how to manage issues relating to pay and working time lawfully. This includes understanding the laws around working time issues, family friendly rights and all the legal rights relating to pay.
Module 3 – Lawful treatment of staff
Ensure that you’re treating your team lawfully when they are at work. You’ll explore key issues surrounding:
Health and safety at work
Discrimination laws
Employees obligations
Employer obligations
Constructive dismissal
