Description
This is an online course run using Zoom
The first part of the course is the instructor explaining the concepts of "Taming Your Inbox" which include how you manage email, your thought process and mind set when dealing with email and email habits you may have had for years and how these effect productivity. we will also be explaining the concepts behind taming Your Inbox and how you will be managing email going forward.
We will also introduce some ideas that you and your Team or Business can adopt to start cutting down on internal emails
This first part is fully interactive so join in and tell us about your email experiences
Part two is the instructor helping you implement Taming Your Inbox. We will help you set up Outlook and walk you through using the process. You will then have one-to-one coaching session with the instructor to ensure you fully understand Taming Your Inbox - also your opportunity to ask specific questions about your email usage
