This online course is designed for staff working at a supervisory level in the food industry, and equips them with an understanding of not only their own workplace safety, but also how they can contribute to the safety of other staff. The e-learning programme has been designed to address the food safety and hygiene needs of the catering, manufacturing and retail sectors, and allows delegates to learn at their own pace and in the comfort of their own home.
