“The role of Executive Assistants, Executive PAs & Personal Assistants continues to evolve within the workplace and now requires a diverse range of skills. From developing managerial strengths, showing Executive PA leadership and representation of your Executive at meetings and events, the role has become one of professional business and administrative support.

Executive Assistants, Executive PAs & Personal Assistants are now tasked with managing multiple projects e.g organising client dinners, complex global travel itineraries, town hall meetings, AGMs, logistics of business pitches, exhibitions and events. The complex demands and variety of the tasks require astute planning, coordination and team work. Developing project management skills and abilities is now a requirement. This 4 week E-Learning programme guides you through the methodology and terminology and practices of project management. You will develop the skills, flexibility and confidence to execute large and small projects and events efficiently using project management skills and knowledge.
