About us

Global PA Association & Training Academy have been established 12 years and are based in London. Our expertise in training and development is focused on the UK and we have global reach through our training delivery across the world from China to Australia across the Far East, Middle East, USA, Europe and the UK.

Global PA Association & Training Academy is an ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Recognised Provider. The ILM is part of City and Guilds, the no.1 for qualifications in UK and recognised internationally in 80 countries. We also partner with Birkbeck, University of London on a Management Qualification for Personal Assistants (CertHE ManPAs) developing the profession into management capabilities.

In the last 12 years, Global PA Association & Training Academy has developed thousands of Executive Assistants & Personal Assistants in the UK, Middle East, Far East & Australia. Our trainers are qualified and Executive PAs regularly return to our programmes for the motivation and inspiration that they deliver. The programmes have been developed by a former Executive Assistant, Rosemary Parr who has 35 years experience as a PA working in UK Parliament and for the former Chairman of British Telecom (Sir Christopher Bland) and is now a CIPD L&D Practitioner, Motivational Coach & Founder of the Global PA Association.

Open Courses are offered in central London and we partner with De Vere Venues on training venues in West End & Holborn. Clients include the banking industry, public sector, insurance sectors, media and charities.
