What will you learn in this Computer Programming

Module 1

In this module, you will learn all about Computer Fundamentals. In this first lesson, you will learn what a computer is. You will also receive a gentle introduction to the basic concepts of hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Once these topics have been covered, the lesson will be closed with a discussion of what is meant by Information Technology.

Module 2

This module will teach you about COMPUTER PROGRAMMING 101. A Program– is a set of instructions that tell the computer, step by step, how to perform the tasks you command it to and produceth results you have in mind.

Module 3

In this module, you will learn all about COMPUTER PROGRAMMING AT A GLANCE. The overall definition of a computer programmer is an individual whose main job is programming. Computer Programmers are a group with a big range of responsibilities and educational backgrounds.

Module 4

This module will teach you about BASIC PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE. The remaining BASIC help topics describe what you can do with BASIC and provide simple examples to get you started. The BASIC help topics provide formal technical definitions of the syntax.

Module 5

In this module, you will learn all about JOB STATISTICS AT A GLANCE. An entry-level programmer may be required to work alone on simple assignments after a bit of instruction, or assigned to a team with more experienced programmers. Beginning programmers will almost always work under supervision. Because of the rapid changes in technology, programmers are called upon to update their knowledge and skills by taking courses sponsored by their employer, the software vendors affiliated with them, or those courses offered through community colleges or universities.

Method of Assessment:

Upon completion of the course, you will be required to sit for an online multiple-choice quiz based assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course (60% pass mark). The test will be marked immediately and results will be published instantly.

Certification:

After successfully completing the course, you will be able to obtain the certificates. You can claim a PDF certificate by paying a little processing fee of £2. There is an additional fee to obtain a hardcopy certificate which is £9.
