Description
Poor communication at all levels of the business, but in particular Management and Leadership is arguably one of the biggest causes of conflict, de-motivation and poor morale in the workplace. All jobs and activities require clear and conscise communication, but it also requires individuals to see and listen to what is being communicated.
This course sets out how individuals and businesses can create effective communication in order to build high performing teams and improve morale.
Individuals who are good communicators can are great at getting on well and gain trust from others because they are confident and comfortable when interacting. They respond in a professional and courtious manor when faced with challenging conversations, and they are transparent and candid with feedback and information.
