Our CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HR blends a workshop based approach, with our renowned support from a fully CIPD qualified dedicated personal adviser. . All our advisers hold CIPD Chartered Membership or above and have a wealth of practical HR experience. Upon successful completion of the programme you will gain CIPD Associate Membership.
This CIPD qualification will develop your ability to create HR solutions and help demonstrate the contribution you as an individual and HR as a function makes to your organisation’s strategic objectives.

This qualification provides a broad range of relevant academic knowledge and practical skills, alongside the opportunity to specialise in your chosen area of expertise. Using critical evaluation, self-reflection and evidenced based problem solving, you will learn how to develop and implement creative and strategic HR solutions that drive organisational performance. You will also be able to develop your understanding of organisations and the external context within which HR operates. The Advanced Certificate is also relevant for L&D practitioners.

What is included:
How is This Course Delivered?
We specialise in flexible learning solutions that are tailored to your needs. You can begin the programme at any time and complete it in a timescale which meets your career, aspirational and work-life balance needs - anything from 6 to 12 months. There are a number of workshop dates and the modules you choose can be undertaken in any order.
Aside from the workshops, other learning methods can include workbooks, assignments, self-study, guided learning and evidence collation. All programmes include regular telephone conversations, e-mail exchanges and/or Skype meetings with your dedicated personal adviser who is allocated to you at the start of your programme.
How will it be assessed?
You will receive developmental formative feedback throughout the programme which will help guide you towards succeeding in the final assessments. As well as assessing your expertise in the subject area, your adviser/CIPD examiner will assess your business orientation, application capability and your ability to present your work confidently and persuasively.
If you chose one of the exam based modules (7HRC, 7LMP) there will be a 3-hour examination for each, a business research report (7IBI), which can be submitted in your company’s style with supporting narrative; and a reflective module covering a range of essential business skills (7SBL). The final submissions for other modules are in the form of 3,000 word narratives covering 50% of the module learning outcomes. These can be supported and enhanced by work based evidence which demonstrates your competence.

The CIPD Advanced Certificate in HR is equivalent to 60 post-graduate Level 7 credits. Undertaking a further four modules will achieve a full CIPD Advanced Diploma in HRM or HRD (120 credits) and eligibility to upgrade to CIPD Chartered Membership.
