Overview
This comprehensive five-day course combines both foundation and practitioner APMG Change Management qualifications. It will give you a highly developed understanding of change management, from the challenges of implementing change to managing resistance.
The Change Management Foundation qualification explores the theories of how change impacts on and is affected by the individual, team, organisation and change leader.
The practitioner element offers a more detailed exploration of change management, building on material from the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), a standard for change management.
Small classroom-based type workshops at our Central London training centre.
The exam costs of this course is already included in the course price.

The APMG Change Management Foundation exam tests students’ knowledge of change management fundamentals.

- Pass mark: 50% (25/50)
- Duration: 40 minutes
- Materials allowed: Closed-book
- Pre-requisites: None
- Timing: Afternoon of day 3
- Results: Same day.
APMG Change Management Practitioner
The APMG Change Management Practitioner exam tests students’ knowledge of change management techniques.
- Style: Objective testing
- Questions: 4 (20 marks each)
- Pass mark: 50% (40/80)
- Duration: 150 minutes
- Materials allowed: Open-book
- Pre-requisites: APMG Change Management Foundation
- Timing: At any time after completing your course
- Results: Same day.
