Business administration is a wide field that incorporates many types of business management positions. From Large organisations to medium or smaller enterprises, businesses need skilled administrators in order to succeed and achieve goals.

Description
The course consists of the following modules/training:
- Business objectives and strategy
- Marketing methods and strategy
- Finance and accounting: This module will focus on teaching students running the financial side of a business. For example understanding the costs associated in running a business. Carrying out break even analysis; setting targets based on financial analysis; constructing cash flow; budgeting; bench-marking.
- Organisational structure
- Motivation and incentives
- Management of operation such as stock control; production; utilization
In addition, the training will equip delegates with the following:
- Payroll deductions PAYE and National insurance.
- Business book keeping and accounting
- Interpreting financial statements such as Profit and Loss and the balance sheet
Students will be granted 6 months access to complete the course. Tutor support will be provided throughout the subscription period.
