This training package is ideally suited to entry-level candidates providing the certification courses required to develop a rewarding career in IT.
The role can be based in a fixed location or involve travel between various locations. As an IT Service Engineer, you will be expected to have a broad understanding of IT hardware and software.
The minimum certifications required for this role will be CompTIA A+ and a Window 7/8 certification, although candidates who have also studied CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA will be at an advantage.
This package will provide up to 12 months of access to a library of courses to advance your career as an IT Field Engineer.
Priority should be given to the job-specific certifications:
The package does not include the official exams which can be sat through Pearson Vue, but course completion certificates will be issued free of charge once the courses have been completed.
Need Practical Experience?
We offer Live Labs so you can practice on real live servers, routers and switches from wherever you are studying. You have unlimited access to the Labs for 1 year and can practice freely or follow set exercises that mirror the exam courses.
Live Labs are highly effective and offer a cheaper alternative to setting up your own test environment.
Whether you are looking for a new career in IT or just need to validate your current knowledge then this package will suit you.
No prior knowledge is required, but we recommend you have a love of the technical aspects of IT.
