This lecture examines international trade in agricultural commodities, export and import regulations, cross-cultural considerations, and global market volatility.
Lecture 10: Agribusiness Strategy and Leadership
Learners study strategic planning for growth, leadership and team management, innovation, adaptation, and real-world case studies of successful agribusiness ventures.
Lecture 11: Regulatory and Legal Frameworks
The final lecture covers agricultural regulations and policies, intellectual property, land ownership and tenure, and contracts and agreements in agribusiness.
The assessment and final exam evaluate learners’ understanding of agribusiness operations, financial and strategic decision-making, sustainability, and regulatory awareness.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the Agribusiness Management Principles Level 3 course, learners receive a free digital course completion certificate. Optional premium certificates and academic transcripts are available separately.
