Overview

This accredited comprehensive 5-day course combines both foundation and practitioner Agile Project Management qualifications. It is designed to help students develop both the knowledge and skills required to work on an agile project and develop the understanding to apply the guidance on an agile project. The course wil equip students with the competence to begin working as an agile project manager on a non-complex project.The Agile Project Management guidance used in the course is based upon DSDM’s Agile Project Framework (AgilePF) a leading and proven agile approach.

Agile Project Management Foundation exam

  • Multiple choice format
  • 50 questions per paper
  • 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) - 50%
  • 40 minutes duration

Agile Project Management Practitioner exam

The Agile Project Management Foundation certificate is a prerequisite for the Practitioner stage. Once you have completed the training, you will sit the exam:

  • Exam format - Objective examination. 4 questions (20 points per question).
  • Pass mark - 40/80 points required to pass the exam (50%).
  • Duration - 2.5 hours.
  • Open book - Yes (only the official AgilePM® manual is allowed).


Expiry: AgilePM Registered Practitioner status expires after 5 years.

Requirements

• DSDM Atern Foundation Certificate, or

• DSDM Advanced Practitioner Certificate
