SEA’s Senior Human Factors Integration (HFI) Engineer will take responsibility for the Human Systems input across SEA products.  They will input to our HFI approach and its execution within all products, in accordance with company strategy.  The role holder will influence design work to ensure that SEA products are easy to use and meet HFI Customer requirements; and that our availability and maintainability targets can be achieved for the requisite number of years into the future. The role will involve the HFI Engineer in all aspects of the design lifecycle, ensuring that the required artifacts are produced throughout.  This work is likely to involve sensitive information so they must be able to obtain the necessary security clearance.The role holder will be required to work across all of SEA’s three UK sites in the West of England (albeit based at the one of their choosing), and at customer and supplier sites as required.  They may also occasionally be asked to travel abroad to SEA overseas sites.What we offerYour work, your contribution, deserves to be recognised and rewarded.
