Executive Assistant
The FirmA Top 40, International law firm are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Commercial Litigation department in their City of London office. The OpportunityThe successful Executive Assistant will provide Fee Earners with effective, pro-active, professional and high quality Executive Assistant support. You must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and an ability to use your initiative at all times. Duties to include: Managing and maintaining Partner and Fee Earners' diaries, making appointments and coordinating internal and external client meetingsArranging the booking of meeting rooms, video conference facilities, cars, refreshments, restaurants etc.Management of Fee Earners' inboxes when they are out of the office, monitoring and responding to post and/or emailsOrganising travel arrangements, booking and confirmation of reservations, flights, hotels, car transfers, ordering currency and expense claims and producing detailed itinerariesTyping and drafting client correspondencePreparation of agendas, presentations and meeting papers, including print productionCoordinating the billing process on behalf of the Fee Earners'Ensure all new client matter/onboarding processes are completed accurately This Executive Assistant opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm The Requirements Previous experience in a Legal PA/Executive Assistant role is essentialExperience supporting a Commercial Litigation team within a law firmStrong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Vacancy Highlights Hybrid working (3 days based in the office and 2 days working from home)Excellent benefits package To be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
