Workday experienced Consultants (both Workday HCM and Workday Financials) are needed by a leading Workday Partner who is expanding its Workday capability and service offering. Preference will be given to those already Certified in Workday but training leading to Certification in Workday will be made available to those with client-side Workday experience who demonstrate excellent aptitude and potential.
Projects will be broad and span both the Private and UK Public Sector, will be cross industry with a Client base varying from UK-centric to Global multinationals.
Workday Consultants will help with defining and then mobilising implementation strategies to improve the effectiveness of technology across an entire Human Resources function. Leading, Managing and Facilitating are important attributes.
If you love Workday HCM and HR / Finance Technology improvement projects and are able to demonstrate practical experience across the project lifecycle (including holding skills in MS Office, especially Excel and working on large volumes of data) for HRIS / Financials technology driven HR / Finance Transformation projects and seek the next stage in your career then this is an outstanding opportunity.
Functional knowledge of HR / Finance from a process (improvement) perspective is essential and those with particular Workday module Certifications (Workforce Planning, Audit and Internal Controls, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Payroll Management, Financials, Time and Attendance, Absence, Workday Project Manager, Engagement Manager etc) will be of particular interest.
The nature of such work includes the need to travel; so a willingness to travel frequently is essential.
