Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Senior Human Resources Partner (Recruitment / Resourcing) to join our prestigious Edinburgh based client in the Education sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Talented Senior Resourcing specialist to join a leading Educational establishment in the Senior HR Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive In-house Recruitment experience to be considered for this role & must be a resourcing specialist in their field.

This role is offered on a FTC 12 month contract basis with a highly competitive Salary & Benefits package.

Role Description and Knowledge Required

The successful candidate will be an In-house Recruitment / Resourcing Specialist.

Role Responsibilities

Leadership and management of the Resourcing team, Relocation Support Service and of other project teams, as required.
Responsible for policies, guidance, systems and processes, to cover the full spectrum of activities relating to Recruitment and Selection (Advertising, Interviewing, Appointment, On boarding, Induction, Relocation).
Provision of expert Resourcing advice to the HR community across the University.
Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing support of the University employer brand and value proposition.
Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of frameworks for executive search, agency temps, contractors and interim managers and ongoing liaison with suppliers working with these framework.
Oversight of the University "Recruiters Guide" ensuring it remains up to date, accessible and consistent with employment legislation and resourcing good practice.
Leadership of the University Relocation Service.
Leadership of strategic recruitment campaigns.
Oversight of the provision of expert analysis of recruitment data.
Growth and development of University Youth and Student employment strategy to create a sustainable pipeline of talent.
Development and implementation of University recruitment strategies for international staff.
Business lead for University eRecruitment system.
Contribute to the design, development and delivery of communications to support the effective implementation of new and revised policies/processes to embed resourcing best practice across the institution.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

In-depth knowledge and substantial experience of resourcing gained in-house with specific strengths in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
Evidence of developing robust business cases for change and presenting these to the leadership team.
Evidence of successfully implementing changes to resourcing practice across a multi-site or complex organisation.
The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
Experience managing a range of suppliers to ensure effective service delivery
Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating staff.
Experience of and understanding of e-recruitment systems.
Substantial track record in recruitment and selection of staff, including senior appointments and use of Executive Search agencies.
Thorough knowledge of employment law as it relates to resourcing.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with evidence of using data to inform business decisions.
Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to identify and deliver business-oriented solutions with a customer-driven, pragmatic, style.

You must be able to pass a Disclosure Scotland for this role.

Working Hours Monday to Friday normal office hours but flexibility is required.

This role is offered on a FTC 12 month contract basis with a highly competitive Salary & Benefits package.
