Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an RMN Qualified Nurse on behalf of a private mental health rehabilitation hospital in Preston, Lancashire.

The Hospital provides care for male and female patients and is split into two separate buildings.
We are looking for an RMN for a night shift position, working on a 22 bed open rehab unit for males and females with enduring mental health needs.
We are also looking for an RMN for a full time day position.

You will be working for a private healthcare company who is passionate about the recovery model and helping patients through the transition into independent living.
You will be working closely with the Hospital's tight knit multi-disciplinary team which includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Managers and Support Workers.

You will be offered an in depth induction and a clear progression route.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience, £30,500 - £35,000 per annum depending on whether you take the day or night position, day shifts is £14ph and nights is £15 - £16ph

This is a full time, permanent position of 42 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 8-8, working 3 night or day shifts one week and 4 the next.
You will also get 6.6 weeks holiday a year, an extra week to the national average.
