Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.About the roleWe now have an opportunity for a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team at Meadowcroft School.As one of our Receptionists, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors into our school and carrying out a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will work closely with our team to provide essential administrative support and offer excellent hospitality to those visiting us. These duties will include; signing all visitors in and out, escorting visitors around the school when necessary, answering the main switchboard, message taking, coordinating meetings and preparing paperwork, photocopying, preparing letters as well as all other school specific administrative tasks.Your work will be very important and so attention to detail, accuracy and excellent customer service skills are essential.As our Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, you will work 37.5 hours each week (Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm) with a 30-minute lunch break each day.Who are we looking for?Our School Receptionist & Administrative Assistant will be key to our success and therefore we need an honest, reliable, trustworthy and incredibly friendly person to work with us and provide this vital front-of-house service.
