Our sought after recruitment partner is seeking a commercially attuned Head of HR to strengthen its team. Forming part of a highly valued HR team, your role will be to continue to demonstrate what an excellent value add HR can be to the business to ensure its on target ambitions are realised.This role has two classic strands, being both an operational and strategic role, but in reality its probably a 60/40 split. You will also in addition manage an experienced and credible team who need the right balance of managing and coaching. This is a business which has grown at a phenomenal pace and continues to do so, there is a real genuine passion for excellence here .The individual sought will have a proven background within a fast paced multi site organisation where your creative and interventionist HR expertise can be deployed to its full effect. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have led and managed teams and been close to the business and able to influence and deal at ease with all levels of staff from board level to the wider organisation. Finally, a vital component is sense of humour. This is a very people centric business so the ability to build credible long term relationships is key. A background gained within either FMCG or Retail would be advantageous.
