If you are an entry level German speaker interested in working within compliance, then we have an exciting new role for you! This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office in Manchester. The salary for this role is up to £23,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications from customers to access the company's software and platform. The role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including going through customer questionnaires, proofreading and reconciling documents. The company is looking to hire German speakers with excellent attention to detail and people who are able to process large amounts of information accurately and efficiently. The role is an essential part of the company's customer onboarding process and the successful candidate will be given targets to monitor performance.

The company operates internationally and is going through an exciting period of growth. They are specifically looking for German speakers to assist their customer and client base across the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess questionnaires from customers from the DACH region.
  • Follow company requirements to ensure quality assurance.
  • Strive to exceed targets to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of the company's services and requirements.
  • Ensure customer records are maintained accurately.

What we're looking for:

  • Native level of German
  • Ability to process large amounts of information accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a wider team
  • Previous experience in compliance would be highly desirable
