We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be a part of the largest building societies in the world.

Our client Nationwide are looking to develop and expand administration teams to provide support to a number of departments such as, mortgages, collection and legal to provide a first class and exceptional customer service experience. With this in mind, we are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who are able to work well under pressure. A great attitude and self motivation is key to being successful in this role.

The Role

  • To ensure that every task has a positive outcome and SLA’s have been fully met.

  • Planning and organising caseloads

  • Building positive relationships with customers, brokers and external parties

  • Processing applications

  • Proactively using own initiative to complete and follow up requirements

  • General administration and data input

Skills/Experience Needed

  • Previous experience (advantageous)

  • Self motivation, bright and bubbly personality

  • Confident and professional customer service skills

  • Confident team player

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Organisation and prioritising case loads

  • Someone who is articulate, with strong attention to detail

  • Strong and confident communication skills (verbal and written required)

  • Basic maths skills as understanding and making calculations will be required

Good PC skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential.

Wage Structure

  • The starting wage is £8.45 per hour

Further Information

  • Monday – Friday - flexible between the hours of 8am – 6pm (35 Hours)

Full training provided – No time to be taken off during this period.

You will be required to pass a credit check, a criminal records check and have the past 2 years worth of employment references.
