Is is it more suitable to take this course prior to or concurrently with a beginners course in FOREX trading?

Hi Herzron - thanks for your question. Forex markets are covered and introduced in the course. To answer your question I'd say prior to - our Trading for Beginners course introduces a broad range of topics which will benefit a specialized forex course. Hope that helps, any more questions please just ask.

Is this course for beginners, I have no clue about day trading

Hi Arjun Thanks for your question. Yes, the course seeks to introduce the student to trading and will help answer three common questions most people have at your stage: Is trading right for me? How do I do it successfully? and Where do I start? I hope that has helped answer your question.

Arjun asked:

Will this course tell you how you to identify what stock you should put your money on daily?

Hi Arjun That's the end goal but in practice how you analyse a market to find an opportunity is a skill that takes time developing. This course is there to help start students down this journey, to ensure they go into investing or trading with their eyes wide open and aware of what it is and what is needed - to clarify, this course is not the whole journey. I hope that helps, please let me know if you need any more clarifications. Kind regards

Hi Jimi, thanks for your question. Yes, absolutely. The course is designed to help those before they get started with either investing or trading. CFDs are covered.

Hi Stephen, yes we do! However, we'd recommend considering this only after you've taken the course. The course includes a weekly live online workshop with the tutor, this is the best forum to ask any questions and clarify anything taught.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Do I need specific software to access the course . Or is internet access only sufficient . I am a beginner

Hi Stephen - Thanks for your question. No, you do not need specific software, the on-demand element of the course can be accessed via our website. The live session is run on zoom, if you haven't used zoom before it will ask you to download its desktop client the first time you use it but its all automatic. Thanks

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
