CPD
Description
You will be able to discuss current topics such as cyber-security, unconscious bias and commercial risk management while identifying the effective and ineffective director behaviours shown on screen. You will get the opportunity to practise responding yourself to the issues presented in the film, receiving real-time feedback and challenge. This course is the closest opportunity you can get to rehearsing for genuine board scenarios. It will leave you with increased confidence in your ability to influence fellow directors and to become a truly exceptional board member.
Our training courses are designed to be hands-on and interactive, therefore we limit delegate places to a maximum of 10 to allow you to get the most out of your learning and training with us.
Learning outcomes:
- How to handle technical and behavioural issues common to boards and their committees.
- How to navigate potential boardroom politics.
- Understand your own strengths and development needs in areas such as chairing meetings, influencing and collective decision-making.
