Overview

This practical and interactive course, with eight group exercises, introduces delegates to the crucially important skills needed to identify, assess, engage and communicate with stakeholders.

Based on a four stage lifecycle, Assess, Engage, Communicate and Evaluate, delegates will learn and practice new skills in a safe learning environment, with a highly experienced facilitator.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
