Requirements

  • This is an introductory course so you do not need to have any prior knowledge
  • This is online training course utilises video conferencing for delegates to view Slides and other websites/programs as well as using your own social media accounts for practical exercises so it is important you have a PC /Mac available to use. Phones and tablets will not be practical
  • It is not essential but if you have any of the following please bring along access codes (user names and passwords) for your:
    o Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus accounts (and others if required)
    o Google Analytics
    o Any other social media tools that you use
